Wow! Just finished the last of this Trilogy by Francine Rivers (A Voice in the Wind, An Echo in the Darkness, and As Sure As the Dawn) and can highly recommend this for anyone who would like to turn off the world and escape to the early Christian days. These books both strengthened me and heightend my curiosity. I found amazing similarity between the pre-Fall of the Roman Empire days and the 21st Century. Miracles are a sure-fire way to instill belief, but courage is also necessary when your belief is tested. Just be sure you have nothing pressing in the immediate future, as these are a captivating read!
