The Bungalow by Sarah Jio
This is a captivating story of love and loss during World War II that takes place in the South Pacific on the island of Bora Bora. The storyline blends the past with the present that spans over a period of 70 years and is rich in history as well as mystery and suspense. The book is beautifully written - just pure reading pleasure. Sarah Jio is fast becoming one of my favorite writers. A great read!

Re: The Bungalow
I recently read The Bungalow also. I totally agree with WRB in that Sarah Jio is becoming one of my favorite authors. It is a romantic look into the world of war in the Pacific. I also recommend it.
